Biography
Originally from Buffalo, Raja now calls San Francisco Fillmore neighborhood home . She is developing a unique style all her own, hugging notes and rounding out phrases with dynamic ease. Her developing style has been described at "sultry and intimate". Raja has performed with Bay Area Guitarist Bobby Cobb, Saxophonist Herbert Mims, Jr. Pianist Bill Bell, (The Jazz Professor), Washington DC Drummer Nasar Aberdaye, David Hardiman , Maestro Curtis and Jaye' Richardson.
